The Journey
Lima, Peru: Dec 4-7, 2026
Pacific glamour meets culinary legend. We arrive to a VIP welcome and settle into the InterContinental Miraflores, perched above the Pacific in Lima's most coveted neighborhood. Lima has quietly become one of the world's great food cities. Following a private welcome dinner paired with a traditional Peruvian show, we’ll taste for ourselves. Days are ours to explore: a curated polo experience, cultural immersion, and culinary adventures through a city that rewards the curious.
Santiago, Chile: Dec 7-10, 2026
The Andes as a backdrop. The Mandarin Oriental as our home. Next, we cross into Chile and check into the Mandarin Oriental Santiago, one of Latin America's finest addresses. Two afternoons offer a choice of experiences: an immersive city tour through ancestral Mapuche heritage, or a culinary deep dive through Santiago's thriving food scene. We’ll then venture further into the celebrated Casablanca Valley wine country, or along the Pacific coast to the bohemian port city of Valparaíso and the glamorous resort town of Viña del Mar. The final evening returns us to the Mandarin for a private cocktail reception before departure.
Buenos Aires, Argentina: Dec 10-13, 2026
Polo's spiritual home. The Argentine Open. The city that never sleeps. No polo itinerary is complete without Buenos Aires, and we’ll be here for the Argentine Open, the sport's most prestigious tournament. Our arrival is marked by a legendary evening at the Presidente Bar in the Park Hyatt Palacio Duhau: an open-bar cocktail masterclass with renowned mixologist Seba Garcia, live violin, and a menu of inspired small plates. A full day of curated Buenos Aires experiences precedes the main event - a private transfer to the polo grounds for the Argentine Open Final. But the day is just getting started. As the sun sets, a surprise awaits: a classic car cavalcade through the city's grand boulevards, arriving at Palacio Bencich for a reception, a traditional Argentinian banquet hosted by Agnes and Dan Keating, and a live tango performance to close the evening.
The final morning is to reflect and depart with stories worth telling for years.
